Installation

Ultralam Sheets installation is simple and requires no special tools or accessories.

For placement, we recommend using a 1/4 inch by 2 inch tip drill bit which is placed on the highest crests of the sheets. For installation in crests, the use a drill with Autostop is recommended. A metal washer with rubber should be used with the screws for better fastening; it is also recommended that the screw heads be sealed at the end of installation to avoid potential problems with corrosion. For installation in crests, the use of a drill with Autostop is recommended.

We recommend using 3 screws per linear meter and leaving 30 to 40 cm. of horizontal overlap. ULTRALAM sheets can be cut with a masilla or disk saw. For Ultralam translucent sheets, we recommend using a fine disk to avoid splintering the leaves.

Instructions

1.Overlap lengthwise on the last channel, ensuring that the assembly is done pursuant to the fall.

2.Define fixing support.
