Installation

Ultralam Sheets installation is simple and requires no special tools or accessories.

For placement, we recommend using a 1/4 inch by 2 inch tip drill bit which is placed at the highest crests of the sheets.

A metal washer with rubber should be used with the screws for better fastening; it is also recommended that the screw heads be sealed at the end of installation to avoid potential problems with corrosion.

We recommend using 3 screws per linear meter and leaving 30 to 40 cm. of horizontal overlap.

ULTRALAM sheets can be cut with a masilla or disk saw. For Ultralam translucent sheets, we recommend using a fine disk to avoid splintering the leaves.

Instructions

1.Overlap lengthwise on the last channel, ensuring that the assembly is done pursuant to the fall.

2.Define fixing support.

3.Drill screw perpendicular to the support.
